Enjoy the surfboard vibes, build lean muscle and engage your core. The board is designed to simulate the demands of surfing on the ocean. Every exercise on the board focuses on engaging your core & stabilizer muscles. We reproduce real surfing movements to create workouts that build balance, strength, stability, agility, aerobic conditioning, power, lean muscle & coordination.

ADRENALIN

Cardio drills combined with strength training that pushes every part of you and requires a go-getter’s mentality. Its the opposite of your standard, bored-to-tears cardio workout. Every move is fast paced and high octane, sure to get your heart pumping.

METCON

High-intensity metabolic conditioning workout focusing on all three energy systems (ATP-PC, lactic, aerobic) that acts like a fat-incinerator. A 30-minute MetCon workout can easily burn up to 500 calories. It also boosts your metabolic rate 10-25% for up to 48 hours after your workout which will ensure results that leave you fit and motivated.

BARBELL CLUB

Learn how to clean, squat and press in a semi-private conditioning class. Add weight to the bar and build confidence throughout the class and complete the session with a MetCon workout.
